SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME (Australia)
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped by AU Courier.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES (Australia)
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. We can provide a tracking link if requested by the customer.
DAMAGES
If you received your damaged order, please contact us to replace the goods. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before reporting the damaged goods.
